Booking Information and payment by post

Fees per person: The fee for each event is given with the description. It includes tuition and VAT, plus any cost of special materials required. On the majority of courses students will be expected to provide their own materials. (Lunch not included)

Bookings and deposits: Day or Weekend Workshops will be paid in full on booking with half of the full price refunded if cancelled by you up to four weeks before. After that time there will be no refund.

Bookings and deposits: Weekly courses must be paid in full, term or half term, within four working days of booking.
 
Course places may not be kept if payments are not received by the due dates.

Deposits are non-refundable but, up to four weeks before the event, may be transferred to another course, provided this is done at the time of cancellation of the original booking.

No refunds will be given and no transfers accepted for cancellations made less than four weeks before the event.

Acknowledgement will be sent for each booking. No reminder will be sent. Changes made by students to bookings may incur an administration charge of £15.

Cancellations and refunds: If the course of your choice does not take place because there are not enough enrolments to make it viable, we will refund your fee in full. We regret that refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances. If you are travelling from outside the UK, we suggest you contact us to check course viability before booking your travel. Centre of England Arts Centre Ltd reserves the right to alter the content, date and time of the programme, or identity of the tutor, if necessary.

Cancellation Insurance: We suggest you take out your own insurance in case you have to cancel through illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Facilities for the Disabled: We aim to assist disabled students.

Health issues: Please inform us of any heath issues you or anyone that you are booking on to a course has and any emergency contact numbers required.

Safety: Some of our workshops do require the use of sharp, hot and/or toxic materials. When safety clothing, ventilation or procedures are indicated by tutors, you are advised to conform to those and to take care whilst participating in the workshop.
